"Easy ordering and no hassle"
The website was simple to use, and the whole ordering process went smoothly. Checkout only took a minute or two, which I appreciated, and I got the updates I needed along the way. Everything arrived in good shape, with no little surprises or issues. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Clasp feels sturdy so far"
I picked up a bracelet from Clocks and Colours, and overall, the clasp has made a good impression. It clicks into place cleanly and doesn’t have that loose or cheap feel, which I definitely appreciate.
I’ve worn it out several times now, and it hasn’t popped open unexpectedly, which was my main concern. The closure was a little stiff at first, but after a few wears, it started to feel much easier to use.
I’m giving it 4 stars for now because I’d still like to see how it holds up over time. But as of right now, no real complaints, it feels solid and does what it’s supposed to do.

"Support came through after I got a bit worried"
After I paid, my order update wasn’t showing correctly, which made me a little suspicious at first. I wasn’t sure if something had gone wrong or if I was going to have to chase them forever. I emailed Clocks and Colours support, and they got back to me the next day with an actual helpful reply, not some generic copy-paste thing. It took a couple of messages to fully sort it out, but they were friendly and kept me in the loop. Not instant, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall the customer service was solid

"Nice ring, just not an all-day thing for me"
I actually really like the look of this ring, and it definitely feels solid, so I’m not trying to say it’s poor quality or anything. It looks nice on, especially if I’m just wearing it out for a few hours. That said, for me personally, it gets a little annoying after wearing it all day. It’s kind of heavy, and the edges aren’t as smooth as I’d like against my finger. Maybe that wouldn’t bother everyone, but I noticed it. I’d say it’s great for going out, just not something I’d want as an everyday ring.

"Grabbed it before it sold out"
I ordered from Clocks and Colours for a limited edition ring I’d had my eye on. Didn’t expect my size to still be there, so I didn’t overthink it.
Checkout was simple, and the ring looked just like the photos when it arrived. It’s not cheap, but it feels worth it. Glad I got it.

I don’t really get why anyone would complain about this. The quality is nice, the price is fair, i feel like I got exactly what I paid for, if not a little more. I’m happy with it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how solid this feels right out of the box. It has a nice heavy weight to it that makes it feel sturdy and well made, not like those lightweight pieces that feel cheap or easy to bend. The finish feels smooth, and overall it gives off the impression that it’s built to last. Definitely happy with it.

"Quick delivery, surprisingly easy"
I ordered a ring and expected it to take a while, but it showed up in just a few days. The tracking updated well too, which was nice, even though I somehow kept checking it like it wasn’t accurate. I guess I was prepared to be annoyed, but there really wasn’t much to complain about. Fast shipping, smooth process, and overall I’m happy with it...

"Pretty good updates along the way"
I ordered from clocksandcolours.com the tracking was clearer than I expected. I got emails when it shipped and again when it was out for delivery, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it was. I mean, maybe that’s just standard now, but it still made the whole thing feel easy. The package showed up on time too, so no complaints from me.

"Solid ring with a nice feel"
I got a ring from Clocks and Colours and I’m actually happy with it. The material feels really solid, with a nice weight to it, and it definitely doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The finish has held up well so far too. I took off one star because it scratches a little easier than I was hoping, but overall it’s a great piece.

I got a ring from Clocks and Colours and, not gonna lie, I was a little suspicious about whether the stones would actually stay put. I’ve worn it quite a bit now though, and nothing feels loose or sketchy at all. The whole ring feels solid and not cheap, which I wasn’t totally expecting. Happy with it honestly

I ordered from outside the US and the items themselves were really nice. The part that threw me off was the customs fees, I didn’t really understand what I’d have to pay until the delivery showed up. Maybe I missed something, but I feel like clocksandcolours could make the duties info a bit clearer at checkout. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of annoying and confusing to have an extra cost pop up later.

"Pretty much as expected"
The ring looked just like the photos, and the little details matched the description, so I feel like that part was very fair. The sizing was good too. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I would’ve liked, but I don’t think that takes away from the ring itself. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

"Back in stock sooner than I expected"
I signed up for the restock email because my ring size was sold out, and it actually came back quickly. Once I got the alert, I ordered right away and the ring showed up fast. Did anyone else have their size sell out first too?

"Pretty accurate fit overall"
I ordered a ring and was a little nervous about the sizing, but like i said, the size guide turned out to be accurate. It fits about how I expected, maybe just a tiny bit snug when it’s warmer out, but it’s not a big deal. Shipping was fine too. Like i said, overall I’m happy with it, I’d just give 5 stars if they included a few more notes about wider rings and how those tend to fit

"Engraving was actually spot on"
I ordered a ring with custom engraving and I was a little suspicious it might come back with a typo or weird spacing, just because that kind of thing happens. But it showed up exactly how I typed it. The lettering was clean, the spacing looked right, and I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Really happy with how it turned out...
